1. Consultation Bookings
Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation without any additional charges.
Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Policy
If Moneyinfo.in is unable to provide the booked consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may choose either:
A full refund, or
A rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.
Once a consultation has been completed, fees paid are non-refundable.
3. Subscription Plans
Monthly subscription plans can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not generate refunds for the current billing period.
Access to subscription benefits will continue until the end of the active billing cycle.
4. Digital Products
Unless otherwise specified, digital products such as templates, planners, guides, or downloadable resources are non-refundable after purchase.
